TABLE-Russian Real Wages Up 9.5 Y y In August
Nov 1 (Reuters) - Real wages in Russia rose 9.5% year-on-year in August, the statistics service said on Wednesday, following a 9.2% rise in July.
Analysts polled by Reuters had expected that real wages, which are adjusted for công ty xây dựng Đồng nai inflation, would rise 8.5% in August. Real wages slumped in spring 2022 as sweeping Western sanctions over Moscow's actions in Ukraine hit Russia's economic prospects. Average nominal wages earned by Russians rose 15.1% year-on-year to 69,439 roubles ($755) in August.
